Chef Ahn Sung-jae, who was in charge of the "Black and White Chef" screening, released a photo taken with Chef Triple Star (real name Kang Seung-won), who is embroiled in controversy over his personal life and embezzlement of public funds.

The released photo shows Ahn Sung-jae and Triple Star who participated in a special pop-up event to commemorate the hosting of the "2024 Asia 50 Best Restaurant (A50BR)."

The event was attended by Ahn Sung-jae and chefs from the three-star Michelin guide restaurant "Mosu," which he operated.

However, a few days before the competition, controversy over Triple Star's privacy and suspicion of embezzling public funds emerged. Accordingly, a complaint was filed to cancel his attendance, but the Seoul Metropolitan Government responded, "The event will proceed as scheduled."
