Kim Jung-nan met with YTN at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 17th, ahead of the release of the movie "What a Beautiful Audrey." "The World's Beautiful Audrey" is a work that looks normal but reminds each other of mother and son, who are so special to each other, and the meaning of true family in the trials that come to them. Kim Jung-nan played the role of her mother "Mi-yeon," a character who suffers from Alzheimer's and does not lose motherhood for her children.

Kim Jung-nan said, "Of course, even if acting is a product of imagination, I thought a lot about it because it is an expression of something I have not experienced, and I rejected it once. However, the director kept saying that it should be me, so I decided after thinking about it. The script was very sympathetic, and I read it crying. It was heartbreaking," he said.

In the play, "Mi-yeon" takes care of her son Ki-hoon and runs a noodle restaurant even after she loses her husband and her daughter leaves the house. After being diagnosed with Alzheimer's, he partially loses his memory, but only his instinctive love for his children does not disappear, impressing him.

Kim Jung-nan said, "I watched a lot of documentaries. However, there are many different age groups and types, so I created a character by selecting points that I could borrow. I didn't watch a single movie because I was afraid I would copy it without realizing it. He lamented, saying, "I don't actually know, and it seems like a really difficult disease for my family."

He said that the opponent's power was also great in expressing "disappearance." He said, "As I get older, I know the weight and responsibility of the lead role. It was a relief to have Jihoon. I'm not leading the play alone, but all the actors filled it well, so I saved a lot of trouble," he said.

The main actor is Park Ji-hoon. He played the role of his son Ki-hoon, drawing a variety of emotional changes. Kim Jung-nan said, "Ji-hoon was good, good, and comfortable enough to have nothing special to coach. We worked well together, and if we liked it, I think the viewers would feel comfortable," he added.

In particular, regarding Park Ji-hoon, he said, "I think I was very lucky to go on the path of an actor. He is also great as a singer, but he is an actor who has good eyes and makes me think that there are many things in his eyes that make me wonder what would have happened if he hadn't acted. I was born with good conditions," he praised.

Also, "there are actually too many talented children. But Jihoon had a good attitude and attitude. It's a small movie, and I liked the work, so I wanted to come and try it, and I worked hard while acting, and I was sincere and pretty. He did not spare praise, saying, "I am a junior with a bright future."

The movie "The World's Beautiful Audrey" will be released in theaters on the 24th.
