Choi Dong-seok claimed that he fell out after seeing gossip about him on Park Ji-yoon's phone in December 2022, while Park claimed that a decade-long conflict broke out.

The two married in November 2009 and had one son and one daughter, but suddenly reported the news of their breakup in October last year, 14 years after their marriage. In the end, they are sharply confronting each other by filing a lawsuit between the two sides.
