A press conference to commemorate the release of ITZY's new mini album "GOLD" was held at Conrad Seoul Hotel in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, this afternoon (15th).

The new album "Gold" is an album with the message of ITZY, "We are still different and will continue to be." It is a message that reminds me of ITZY's initial intention when he debuted with "DALLA DALLA." "It's not always going well as I've been walking from the beginning of my debut to the present," Yuna said. "It's an album that I brought with gratitude to show the color of ITZY." The album has double titles "Gold" and "Imaginary Friend" with different atmospheres. "Gold" is a crossover between the rock sound of an electric guitar and an 808-based hip-hop sound, and "Imaginary Friend" is a pop dance song that combines pop guitar and acoustic band sound.

The members of ITZY said, "Both songs are cool with different results." In particular, Chaeryeong explained, "I tried to show my rough charm in 'Gold', and I sang a little prettier and clearer in 'Imaginary Friend'."

ITZY also expressed confidence in songs such as "Bad Girls R Us," "Supernatural," "FIVE," and "VAY," saying, "I chose each song carefully."
